This is not a boat tour. You walk a long trail through vegetation, coffee and wildlife, and reach waterfalls with pools and jets that work as a natural massage.
There are caves and natural tubs. Zip-line or bike extras are quoted if the site has them that day; the heart of the tour is the trail and the water. Closed-toe shoes, sunscreen and a dry change of clothes.
